What is ai appraisal?

ai appraisal is an online based program which is designed to enable organisations to assess each member of staff quickly and efficiently.

ai appraisal combines 360° Feedback, Skills Assessment, Appraisal and Personal Development Plan all in to one package.

This means the individual receives feedback – from managers, peers, subordinates, customers and suppliers – on key competencies and skills and they can compare it with their own self assessment. Individual’s can then plan their personal development to meet their current and future career needs.
